Partner — Construction & Real Estate Litigation (Silicon Valley)

Senior hire to lead and expand a busy construction and real estate litigation practice in the Silicon Valley market. The role combines courtroom and arbitration work with client-facing counseling on construction disputes, contract risk, and project-related claims.

You will join a well-resourced litigation team handling complex commercial and construction matters for owners, developers, contractors and design professionals. The partnership requires active business development, case leadership, and mentoring of junior litigators.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in construction and commercial real estate litigation, including trials and arbitration
• Proven client-development skills and ability to originate and grow relationships in Silicon Valley
• Experience supervising associates and managing multi-jurisdictional matters
