Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Washington, D.C.

Experienced real estate and construction partner sought to lead and expand a major firm's Washington, D.C. practice. The role combines client relationship management, originations and high-value matter oversight across commercial real estate, development, construction and related finance work.

Successful candidates will join a nationally recognised firm platform with broad national capabilities and cross-practice support. The position offers responsibility for business development, mentoring senior associates and partnering with transactional and finance teams on complex matters.

• Established track record in commercial real estate and construction matters, including contract drafting, negotiations and dispute prevention strategies
• Proven business development skills and experience managing senior client relationships
• Admission to the D.C. bar or ability to be admitted; substantial U.S. market experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
