Experienced real estate and construction partner sought to lead and expand a major firm's Washington, D.C. practice. The role combines client relationship management, originations and high-value matter oversight across commercial real estate, development, construction and related finance work.

Successful candidates will join a nationally recognised firm platform with broad national capabilities and cross-practice support. The position offers responsibility for business development, mentoring senior associates and partnering with transactional and finance teams on complex matters.

Established track record in commercial real estate and construction matters, including contract drafting, negotiations and dispute prevention strategies
Proven business development skills and experience managing senior client relationships
Admission to the D.C. bar or ability to be admitted; substantial U.S. market experience
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
