Leading national law firm seeks a seasoned Real Estate & Construction partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional, development and project-related matters across the commercial and mixed-use sectors.

We are looking for a lawyer who will manage high-value client relationships, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers. The role offers a platform to grow a regional practice within an established national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in real estate and construction matters with demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience, including mentoring associates
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C.
