Lateral Partner — Real Estate Finance (Canada)

Senior real estate finance partner role with a national practice group focused on complex lending, structured real estate financings and banking transactions. The role will lead mandates, develop client relationships and work with teams across multiple Canadian offices.

The successful candidate will have a track record advising lenders and borrowers on high-value real estate finance matters, comfortable with both syndicated and bilateral facilities, and able to take a leadership role in business development and practice growth. The team is flexible on how the finance work integrates within the broader real estate practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in real estate finance and banking transactions
• Proven client development record and ability to lead teams on complex financings
• Admission to the bar in a Canadian jurisdiction or equivalent credentials
