Lateral Partner, Securities & Finance — Baltimore

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a securities and finance practice from the Baltimore office. The role combines client-facing work across investment management, securities matters and related litigation, with responsibility for originating business and expanding the desk’s market presence.

The team advises institutional and corporate clients on complex capital markets and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will supervise associates, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and drive business development efforts.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in securities, investment management or finance matters
• Strong track record of client origination and relationship management
• Ability to manage and mentor associates and work with cross-practice teams
