Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities — Baltimore

Established US law firm is seeking a trial-ready litigation partner to join its Baltimore office. The role focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, with frequent white-collar and regulatory matters. Candidates will handle contested proceedings, hearings and trials across state and federal courts.

The partner will lead case strategy, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with clients on risk management and enforcement matters. The role requires strong litigation credentials and an ability to originate and grow client relationships in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven litigation partner or senior counsel with substantial securities and/or white-collar litigation experience
• Track record of courtroom experience, including trials and contested hearings
• Strong business development and client-management skills
• Member in good standing of the state bar or eligible for admission
