Lateral Partner — Corporate & Technology, Baltimore

Senior partner opportunity in a full-service international firm seeking a leader for its corporate/technology practices in Baltimore. The role will focus on originating and leading complex corporate work across M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, with opportunities to advise life sciences and financial services clients.

The team handles a mix of private equity and issuer-side capital markets work, emerging-growth/venture matters and transactional IP issues. The group works closely with national and international offices, providing cross-border deal exposure and collaboration across practice areas.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record originating and leading M&A and capital markets transactions, including PE work
• Experience advising technology and life sciences clients, and handling IP-related transactional matters
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships across offices and mentor senior associates
