Lateral Partner, Securities & Finance — Delaware

Partner-level opening in a U.S. law firm for an attorney to lead and grow securities and finance work from the Delaware office. The role will involve originating and executing complex securities and finance transactions, supervising associates, and developing client relationships across the practice.

Ideal candidate will join an established practice team and collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on transactional and regulatory matters. The position emphasizes business development, client relationship management, and hands-on deal execution.
