Partner, Finance & Banking — Delaware

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a finance and banking practice in Delaware with a broad remit across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs) and public finance.

The role is client-facing and business-development focused: you will originate and manage complex lending matters, supervise teams, and build cross-practice relationships to capture regional and national work.

The team operates on a collaborative national platform with dedicated support for transactions, regulatory counsel and compliance matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in finance, lending and consumer finance matters
• Proven new-business generation and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead and mentor deal teams and collaborate across offices
