Lateral Partner — Tax — Atlanta

Senior tax partner opportunity with a large, full-service global law firm’s Atlanta office. The role will lead client engagements across federal, state and transactional tax matters, advising corporations, private equity and high-net-worth clients on complex tax planning and structuring.

The successful candidate will join an established tax team, take a leading role in business development, and mentor senior associates and counsel. This is a hands-on partner role combining client work with practice growth responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record as a tax partner or equivalent in a large law firm
• Experience advising on federal, state and transactional tax matters and developing client relationships
• Proven business development and team leadership skills
