Lateral Partner, Tax — Florham Park

Senior tax partner opportunity in a busy suburban office supporting transactional and advisory work for a broad client base. The role will lead and grow tax practice capabilities, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams.

We are looking for an experienced partner who can develop business, maintain strong client relationships, and provide high-level tax advice across federal, state and international matters.

• Significant partner-level tax experience with a proven track record advising on transactional and advisory matters
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in New Jersey
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
