Partner, Tax & Estate Planning — Florham Park

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Tax & Estate Planning team in the Florham Park office. The role will lead sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer and related tax advisory matters for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice and work closely with corporate and private client teams on complex planning, trust and estate administration, and tax structuring engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in estate planning and federal/state tax matters
• Proven business development record and ability to originate/expand client relationships
• Active bar admission in the relevant state and good standing
