Lateral Partner, Tax & Litigation — Baltimore

Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a tax and litigation practice from the Baltimore office of a national law firm. The role focuses on handling tax controversy and related litigation matters, developing client relationships, and working collaboratively with transactional and regulatory teams across the platform.

The successful candidate will build and supervise a team of attorneys, originate and manage fee-earning work, and participate in business development to expand the practice regionally. The role offers a platform with national reach and cross-office resources while maintaining a client-focused, growth-oriented practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in tax controversy and litigation
• Proven track record of business origination and client management
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Maryland
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage litigation teams
