Lateral Partner, Tax & Litigation - Honolulu

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined tax and litigation practice in Honolulu. The role will handle tax controversy, advisory matters and commercial litigation for a diverse client base across the region.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of courtroom and/or dispute-resolution experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop new business. The hire will join an established national firm platform while operating with significant local autonomy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; active bar membership required
• Significant partner-level experience in tax controversy and commercial litigation
• Demonstrated client development and practice leadership skills
