Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined tax and litigation practice in Honolulu. The role will handle tax controversy, advisory matters and commercial litigation for a diverse client base across the region.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of courtroom and/or dispute-resolution experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop new business. The hire will join an established national firm platform while operating with significant local autonomy.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; active bar membership required
Significant partner-level experience in tax controversy and commercial litigation
Demonstrated client development and practice leadership skills
