Lateral Partner — Tax — Los Angeles

Leading international law firm seeks a senior tax partner to join its Los Angeles practice. The role will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on a mix of transactional, partnership, and tax controversy matters, and on developing strategic tax planning solutions across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a busy practice, collaborate with cross-office teams on multijurisdictional matters, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role with significant client engagement and business-development responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level tax practice with experience in corporate, partnership, or international tax matters
• Strong business development record and ability to lead client engagements
• Active California bar admission preferred
