Lateral Partner — Tax — Munich

Senior hire sought to lead and grow a tax practice from the Munich office of a highly regarded German law firm. The role combines client advisory, team leadership and business-development responsibility across domestic and cross-border tax matters.

The successful candidate will take ownership for originating and managing complex tax workstreams, support and mentor fee-earners, and help shape the practice's strategic growth in Germany. This is a partner-level opportunity for a visible rainmaker who can build long-term client relationships and expand the practice.

• Portable book of business of $500k+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in tax advisory and structuring
• Track record of business development and client origination
• Fluent German and strong English language skills; experience with cross-border matters
