Partner, Employment & Labor and Tax – Munich

Established practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined Employment & Labor and Tax offering from its Munich office. The role will involve advising corporate clients on cross-disciplinary employment and tax matters, leading high-value mandates, and developing the practice commercially.

The successful candidate will join an experienced, multi-disciplinary team and be expected to take a visible client-facing role, mentoring senior associates and collaborating with other domestic and international practice groups.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment / labour law and tax advisory work
• Track record of winning and managing corporate client mandates and leading teams
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills
• Admission to the German bar or equivalent qualification; fluent German and strong English
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
