Lateral Partner, Tax — Portland

National law firm seeking a senior tax partner to join its Portland office. The role will lead and grow tax practice capabilities, advising a range of commercial and corporate clients on tax planning, structuring and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and work closely with colleagues across practices and offices to develop business, mentor lawyers and deliver high-quality client service.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in tax planning, structuring and controversy matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers
