Lateral Partner — Technology & Healthcare Compliance, Raleigh

Senior partner-level opportunity in a national law practice focused on technology, healthcare and regulatory matters. The role will lead and grow a cross-practice team advising clients on privacy, data protection, software and healthcare regulatory compliance.

Ideal for an experienced partner who can originate and manage client relationships, develop sector-focused solutions, and collaborate with transactional and regulatory colleagues across offices. The position is based in Raleigh and will have both client-facing and practice-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in technology, healthcare or regulatory practices
• Proven client origination and relationship-management track record
• Experience advising on privacy/data protection, software licensing or healthcare regulatory matters
• Ability to lead teams and drive business development
