Join a national Banking & Financial Services team in Brisbane practising across investment funds, financial services regulation and corporate transactions. The role involves working on fund establishment and operation, fund restructures and closures, licensing matters, disclosure documents and fund-related commercial agreements, alongside broader M&A and corporate work.

The team offers hybrid and flexible working, WFH equipment support, structured learning and career development, and progressive leave and wellbeing initiatives. You will work with senior lawyers across the practice and contribute to business development, precedents and publications.

2–4 years post-admission experience, ideally in funds management and/or financial services law (or commercial/corporate or banking experience with strong interest in funds).
Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Australian AFS licensing and disclosure regimes; experience with due diligence and transactional documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication, client service focus and ability to mentor junior team members.
