Legal Consultant — Commercial & Procurement, Perth

Six-month, full-time (hybrid) opportunity to work on commercial and procurement matters for a major mining-sector organisation. The role sits within a flexible legal resourcing programme that places experienced lawyers into client-side and firm-aligned projects.

This position is suited to a senior commercial lawyer who can hit the ground running, provide practical risk-focused advice, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. The post offers exposure to a broad portfolio of contracts and transactional work in an operational corporate environment.

• Minimum 6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law, with procurement/contracts focus
• Proven commercial awareness, risk-management and strong analytical skills
• Experience operating at senior leadership level and engaging multiple internal stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously, manage external-facing issues and deliver to tight timelines
• Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
