Short-term legal consulting opportunities supporting complex commercial and corporate matters across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically full-time for around six months based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with hybrid or remote arrangements possible and visa support provided.

Work will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate structures, M&A and regulatory compliance within the UAE legal and regulatory framework. The role suits experienced lawyers who want flexible, project-based work with exposure to high‑profile transactions and cross-border clients.

Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience.
Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (JV, shareholder, supply/procurement, service and distribution agreements).
Strong knowledge of UAE federal law, free zone regulation and the application of Sharia principles to commercial transactions; regional experience desirable.
Experience advising on corporate structures, M&A and regulatory matters; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Valid practising certificate or equivalent enabling practice in the region; willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai while on assignment.
