Join a national Sports Liability team within a major insurance-focused practice. The team handles a wide range of sports-related claims for insurer and sporting organisation clients, from early investigation and advice through to litigation of complex and catastrophic injury matters.

The role involves running and managing caseloads, setting and executing case strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and working to internal SLAs and financial targets. Candidates at multiple seniority levels (qualified solicitors, chartered legal executives and experienced paralegals) are encouraged to apply.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with relevant claims experience
Experience of Personal Injury, Employers’/Public Liability or catastrophic/complex injury claims (sports-related experience desirable)
Proven ability to run a caseload, devise case strategy and drive matters to conclusion
Experience mentoring or supervising junior fee earners and allocating work
Commercial mindset with strong client-handling and negotiation skills
High level of compliance with firm protocols, and ability to meet SLAs, KPIs and financial targets
