A litigation and regulatory enforcement team in Northern California seeks a motivated associate with 2–4 years of experience for an immediate role on high-profile, cutting-edge disputes for leading global technology companies. Matters span AI, social media, search, advertising, gaming, streaming, and virtual meeting platforms.

The associate will join active case teams from day one, handling complex commercial and technology-focused litigation in a fast-moving, client-service-driven environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to build substantive litigation experience on bet-the-company matters.

Candidates should be California Bar admitted (or eligible for prompt admission) and willing to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco. Positions are open at multiple levels; the salary range for this role is $235,000 to $310,000, plus eligibility for the annual bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package.

2–4 years of litigation experience at a top law firm or via judicial clerkship
Solid experience with complex litigation, ideally consumer class actions, mass tort defense, privacy litigation, or technology-company disputes
Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
Genuine commitment to client service and teamwork
Admitted (or eligible for prompt admission) to the California Bar
Willing to be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco
