Litigation Associate (Post‑Clerkship) — Litigation

Top-tier technology and life‑sciences litigation team is seeking current federal judicial clerks (1–3 years' prior experience) to join after completing their clerkship. You will work on complex, high‑stakes disputes for innovative corporate clients across IP, securities/regulatory enforcement, and commercial litigation.

Associates are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one and collaborate across multiple U.S. offices. This role is open in several U.S. locations; candidates should apply for the office where they intend to work.

• Current federal judicial clerk with 1–3 years of prior experience
• Admissions: barred in the state of the chosen office or eligible to sit for / waive into the next bar exam
• Experience or strong interest in intellectual property disputes, securities/regulatory enforcement, and commercial litigation
