A highly regarded Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 1+ years of experience to join its high-profile litigation team in San Diego or San Francisco.

The firm's litigators partner across disciplines to advise on key legal and industry matters, combining experienced advocacy and substantive expertise with a collaborative, results-driven approach to pretrial, discovery, trial, and appellate work.

The role involves complex litigation matters spanning legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery. The successful candidate will be a key team player supporting the growth of the practice, contributing to articles, attending speaking engagements, and participating in client development activities.

The firm requires working from the office approximately 60% of the time in accordance with its published guidelines.

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to practice in California
1+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong prioritization, deadline management, and organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
