A leading law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2–4 years) to join its market-leading Fintech and Financial Advisory practice, based in any of its California offices.

The role involves assisting financial services clients with litigation, government investigations, and enforcement matters. Working alongside senior attorneys and clients, the associate will handle all stages of the matter lifecycle, from discovery through settlement or trial.

J.D. and active membership in the California State Bar
2–4 years of litigation and/or enforcement experience
Experience with litigation discovery, government subpoenas, and civil investigative demands
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently, and collaborate within a team
Consumer financial services and/or payments experience preferred
