M&A Associate, Technology Companies — Santa Monica

Growing technology M&A team in Santa Monica is seeking a mid-level associate to handle mergers and acquisitions for early- and late-stage technology companies. The role will involve supporting deal teams, managing discrete transaction components independently, and coordinating with external counsel and investor clients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working both collaboratively and with a high degree of autonomy. Strong drafting, negotiation and client-relationship skills are required.

• Mid-level associate with demonstrable M&A experience for technology company clients (early- and late-stage preferred)
• Track record of working on deal teams and managing portions of transactions independently
• Experience with venture capital investor clients and related transactions a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong commercial judgment
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
