Mid-Level Associate, Technology Companies – Santa Monica

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to join a leading Technology Companies group in Santa Monica. The role involves representing technology companies across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

You will work as part of collaborative teams while independently managing substantial components of transactions. The practice covers early and late-stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

• Mid-level associate with general experience working in teams and independently managing substantial components of transactions.
• Specific experience representing technology companies in corporate and transactional matters, including early and late-stage venture financings, M&A, and private and public offerings.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
