A national law firm is seeking experienced medical malpractice and healthcare litigation attorneys to join its team, with flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements available. The role is open to candidates with experience practicing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, across all levels from partnership to approximately three years of experience.

The position involves handling medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, opinion letters, and other legal documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for and attending depositions; and coordinating with witnesses, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

The firm offers competitive compensation with eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance. Compensation ranges vary by experience level and geographic market.

3+ years of experience specializing in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation
Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
Strong litigation, legal writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Excellent research abilities and strong academic background
Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, and FRCP
