An established corporate practice is seeking a mid-level M&A attorney to join its transactional team. The role centers on sophisticated mergers and acquisitions work for clients with complex needs, offering hands-on responsibility across the full deal lifecycle.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage the deal process and client relationships, and supervise junior associates while coordinating day-to-day workflow across a range of M&A matters.

3–7 years of M&A experience gained in a sophisticated transactional practice
Strong skills in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary deal documents
Experience managing deal processes and client relationships
