Mid-Level Associate — Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance (Los Angeles)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a market-leading global project, energy and infrastructure finance practice in Los Angeles. The role offers exposure to high-profile financing work across renewables, the energy transition, natural resources and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will advise on project finance transactions with a particular emphasis on renewable project finance and tax credit monetization structures, working within a collaborative cross-border team on complex, multi-party deals.

This is an opportunity to take on substantive responsibility in a growing practice at a premier global law firm.

• Three to five years of project finance experience, with a focus on renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources and/or infrastructure
• Strong academic credentials
• Prior experience at a top-tier firm preferred
