Mid-Level Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Complex Commercial Litigation practice, with flexibility to be based in its Seattle office or Bay Area offices (San Francisco or Menlo Park).

The role involves sophisticated commercial litigation work, requiring strong research and writing skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and polished interpersonal skills.

Candidates with judicial clerkship experience are strongly preferred, and excellent law school credentials—including law review—are a plus.

• At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent law school credentials; law review preferred
• Former judicial clerks preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills highly valued
