Grow your finance practice with a mid-level associate role on a busy corporate finance team in Chicago. The team handles lending transactions across asset-based, real estate and cash-flow financings; the role offers transaction drafting, negotiation and closing responsibility on a range of financings and related workstreams.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, nationally-oriented practice that provides hands-on training and meaningful responsibility. The position is well-suited to candidates with 3–6 years' transactional experience, including exposure to lender or borrower representation on finance matters (or strong general transactional experience for less finance-specific backgrounds).

Candidates should be licensed, or able to become licensed, to practice in Illinois and be based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area. Applicants will be asked to submit standard application materials (resume, cover letter, transcript) through the hiring firm's application process.

3–6 years' post-qualification transactional experience (finance/lending experience preferred)
Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
