Apply in confidence →Immediate opening in a South Florida office for a mid-level real estate transactions associate to join a large national practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions and requires hands-on deal management and leading due diligence reviews.
The ideal candidate will have concentrated transactional experience in purchase and sale matters, joint-venture negotiation, commercial contracts and/or real estate lending (borrower or lender side). This is an immediate need and will suit a candidate comfortable working on active closings and cross-functional teams.
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with purchase & sale, joint-venture negotiation, commercial contracts and/or real estate lending
- Proven ability to manage deals and lead diligence reviews
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong written and oral communication skills
