Real Estate Capital Markets Finance Associate — Miami

Top-tier real estate capital markets team in Miami is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join a busy finance practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate financing and related transactions across the debt lifecycle.

Work will include representing lenders on mortgage loan originations and structured financings, handling workouts and distressed loan matters, and supporting purchases/sales and other commercial real estate transactions. • Prior law firm experience with commercial real estate finance matters (lender-side experience preferred)
• Experience with mortgage loan originations, structured debt and workouts; familiarity with MBS or related securitization matters a plus

• Ability to manage deal workstreams and coordinate with real estate, tax and finance teams
