Mid–Senior Associate, Corporate Restructuring — Chicago

Leading Chicago restructuring team seeks a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to join its corporate restructuring practice. The role involves both in‑court and out‑of‑court work across creditor, debtor and purchaser representations, including asset sale (Section 363) and plan‑sponsorship matters.

The team offers formal mentoring for lateral hires, a hybrid work model, an active professional development program and an established pro bono practice. Successful candidates will join a high‑volume restructuring group handling complex, market‑facing matters.

• Mid‑ to senior‑associate level (class years 2018–2022)
• Substantial experience in both in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings
• Experience on company‑side and buy‑side matters (including 363 sales and plan sponsorship) and familiarity with liability‑management and lender/creditor representations
• Strong academic record and prior restructuring experience at a peer firm
