Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national business restructuring and reorganization practice based in Chicago. This is a firmwide, non-partner track role supporting bankruptcy and restructuring representations across offices.

The role will coordinate and prepare required court disclosures and retention materials in bankruptcy matters, and support Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions. Responsibilities also include legal research, drafting, and practice-focused publications on bankruptcy and restructuring topics.

Strong writing, organization, and time-management skills are required; the position involves working under deadline pressure and collaborating with internal teams managing new matters and engagements.

4–6 years of relevant bankruptcy/restructuring experience
Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions (company-side focus)
Excellent legal research and drafting skills; experience producing practice publications preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
