Mortgage Finance Associate — Washington, D.C.

Mid‑level to senior associate opportunity within a US banking and finance team focused on mortgage and structured finance. The group handles securitizations, warehouse financings and related structured transactions for lenders, funds and other financial institutions.

Ideal candidates will have transaction experience on lender‑side or borrower‑side financings and familiarity with residential mortgage or other consumer‑asset pools. The role will sit in the Washington, D.C. office and work closely with teams across the US on national and cross‑border matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active U.S. law license in good standing
• 3+ years of law firm or in‑house experience with securitization, warehouse financing or related structured finance transactions
• Experience with residential mortgage loans or other consumer assets strongly preferred
• Strong transactional drafting, deal execution skills and ability to manage multiple matters across teams
