We are seeking a newly qualified corporate solicitor to join a busy, growing corporate team in Belfast. You will work on a range of corporate transactions that are frequently cross‑border and complex, building expertise in M&A, capital markets and other corporate matters.

The role involves working on multijurisdictional matters as part of project teams, coordinating due diligence, drafting corporate and commercial documentation, and liaising with colleagues across practice groups and international offices. There are opportunities to work with legal project managers and legal tech teams to drive efficiency and service improvements.

Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales (newly qualified)
Some exposure to corporate, commercial or M&A work desirable but not essential
Strong academic background, excellent drafting and written communication skills
Commercial awareness, client‑focused approach and ability to manage priorities and deadlines
Team player who can also work independently; comfortable working on cross‑border matters and with legal tech tools
