Experienced corporate lawyer role in Belfast focusing on reorganisations, integrations, corporate & securities transactional work and multijurisdictional, cross‑border matters. The role involves advising on complex, high‑value transactions and contributing to project delivery for global clients.

You will work closely with multiple practice groups, act as a country/regional coordinator on multi‑jurisdictional projects, draft corporate documentation, and join project teams with lawyers, legal project managers and legal‑tech colleagues across a global network. The role also includes contributing to process improvement, know‑how development and innovative service delivery.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
Proven corporate transactional experience, including reorganisations, integrations and M&A
Ability to analyse and organise documentary/factual evidence and advise on risk and mitigation
Strong commercial awareness, client‑focused approach and excellent communication skills
Team player who is a self‑starter, pragmatic and adaptable
Excellent drafting, organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research tools
