Join a large, internationally integrated employment practice as a newly qualified solicitor based in Leeds. You will work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting partners and the wider team on litigation, advisory work and HR-related projects for national and international clients across multiple sectors.

The team offers strong UK and global coverage, exposure to board-level strategic advice as well as day-to-day client support, and opportunities to work on high-profile cases and cross-border matters. The role suits someone keen to develop their employment practice within a structured training and development environment that supports hybrid and flexible working.

Newly qualified solicitor with at least one seat in Employment during training
Experience of employment litigation and advisory work in a national or regional team
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent client/stakeholder management and strong IT skills; interest in legal tech and AI is desirable
