Of Counsel, Class Action Litigation (Employment & Labor) — Cincinnati

Senior litigation role defending employers in class, collective and individual employment matters, with a focus on wage & hour and discrimination cases. The position emphasizes courtroom and administrative representation, plus counseling and training for employer clients.

Primary responsibilities include managing and defending class/collective wage-and-hour litigation and agency charges, handling mediations and arbitrations, advising on employment compliance, and supervising related case strategy and discovery.

• Juris Doctor (ABA-accredited)
• 8+ years' experience defending class action and employment litigation matters, including wage & hour class/collective actions
• Admission to the Ohio bar and in good standing
• Proven experience acting as lead counsel in complex litigation
• Knowledge of state and federal agency enforcement practices and employment law (anti-discrimination, wage & hour)
• Strong attention to detail, organization and project-management skills
