We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to join a nationally recognized employment and labor law practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on defending employers in complex employment litigation, including wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination lawsuits, and a broad range of employment-related claims. The position also involves advising and training employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws.

The successful candidate will represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. Matters will include discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete disputes. The firm is ranked in the first tier nationally for Labor and Employment Litigation and offers a collaborative, business-oriented environment focused on proactive workforce strategies.

This is a hybrid position based in Cincinnati.

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
8+ years of experience in class action litigation defense
Admitted to the Ohio State Bar and in good standing
Experience acting as Lead Counsel
Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills
