Of Counsel, Employment & Labor — Baltimore

Experienced employment litigation attorney sought to join a national labor & employment practice in the Baltimore office. The role focuses on defending employers in administrative charges, state and federal litigation, mediations and arbitration, and counseling on employment issues.

The Of Counsel will work within a litigation team on investigations and contested matters, take lead on discrete matters, and supervise and mentor junior attorneys while contributing to case strategy and client counseling.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Maryland bar preferred
• Approximately 8+ years of employment/labor litigation experience (preferably representing employers)
• Proven ability to manage document‑intensive cases and multiple matters concurrently
• Strong written and oral advocacy, investigation and administrative agency experience (EEOC/state agencies)
• Experience supervising and developing associates and working as part of a litigation team
