Of Counsel, Employment & Labor - Baltimore

Experienced employment litigator sought to join a busy employer-defense litigation team in Baltimore. The role focuses on defending workplace investigations, administrative charges and state and federal lawsuits, and includes courtroom, arbitration and mediation representation.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise associate attorneys, collaborate on larger matters, and provide counseling and preventive advice to employer clients. The position offers access to a national platform of labor and employment resources and a collaborative litigation practice.

• JD from an accredited law school
• 8+ years of employment and labor litigation experience preferred
• Maryland bar admission preferred
• Proven ability to manage document-intensive cases and multiple matters concurrently
• Strong written and oral advocacy, organizational, and team leadership skills
