An established national labor and employment practice is seeking an experienced senior litigation associate or Of Counsel to join its collegial, team-oriented group representing premier local and national employers. The role spans all aspects of labor and employment law and offers a significant, high-level platform within a sophisticated practice.

The position involves extensive contact with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel. Day-to-day work includes legal research; drafting memoranda, motions, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions; attending court conferences and arbitrations; conducting discovery and investigations; drafting contracts; and counseling clients on employment-law matters.
