Seeking an experienced Of Counsel-level attorney to join a national labor & employment practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and focuses on employer-side employment litigation and counseling.

Responsibilities include managing contested matters and investigations, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, attending hearings and arbitrations, and providing day-to-day advice to sophisticated business clients and HR teams. The position offers access to structured professional development and opportunities for litigation and client-facing experience.

Senior litigation experience in labor & employment law (associate or Of Counsel level)
Proven track record representing employers in employment litigation, investigations, and administrative matters
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience drafting motions, pleadings, position statements, and contracts
Comfortable with frequent client contact, counseling, and liaison with agencies and opposing counsel
