Of Counsel — Employment & Labor

Experienced employment lawyer sought to join a national labor & employment practice with opportunities across multiple U.S. offices. The role is senior-level (Of Counsel) and focuses on counseling and defending employers in a broad range of employment matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing investigations and discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, attending court proceedings and arbitrations, and advising clients and HR on employment-law issues. The team offers a collegial, team-oriented environment with structured professional development, writing and speaking opportunities, and regular firm-wide attorney conferences.

• Established experience in employment litigation and counseling (senior associate/Of Counsel level)
• Proven courtroom and arbitration experience, including drafting motions and managing discovery
• Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills
• Comfortable with frequent client contact and advising business clients and HR teams
