Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Dallas

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in the Dallas office. The role will focus on counseling clients on competition law, merger review, and related contested matters across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will help grow the practice, lead engagements, and collaborate with a cross-office team on complex domestic and multijurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to take on a visible leadership role within a busy, transaction- and litigation-oriented practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level antitrust experience, including merger control and cartel/antitrust investigations
• Admissions to practice in Texas (or ability to become admitted) and strong standing in the bar
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to lead teams on complex matters
