Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Los Angeles

Seeking a lateral partner to join and lead antitrust and competition work from the firm's downtown Los Angeles office. The role will focus on high-profile merger review, antitrust litigation, cartel and conduct investigations, and counseling clients across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will manage and develop a team, contribute to practice growth, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex regulatory and transactional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in antitrust litigation, merger control and investigations
• Proven client development and relationship management skills
• Bar admission in California and eligibility to practice in the relevant federal courts
