Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in the Los Angeles office. The role focuses on counseling corporate clients on merger control, civil antitrust litigation, cartel investigations, and regulatory compliance before U.S. agencies and courts.

The team handles high‑profile transactional clearance, litigation and government investigations across industries and offers collaborative engagement with national practice colleagues. The position is suited to an experienced antitrust lawyer who can lead matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in U.S. antitrust litigation and merger control matters
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and manage multi‑disciplinary teams
• Admission to practice in California (or eligible) and significant lateral partner experience
