Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Los Angeles

Partner opportunity to lead and grow an antitrust & competition practice in a major Los Angeles office of a national law firm. The role will involve handling complex merger review, cartel and civil antitrust matters, and counseling corporate clients on competition compliance and risk mitigation.

Successful candidates will join an established team and be expected to generate new business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups and offices on cross-border and regulatory matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established antitrust track record with significant partner-level experience handling merger clearance, investigations, and litigation
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Bar admission in California or ability to obtain admission
