Partner — Antitrust & Competition (Palo Alto)

A national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Palo Alto office. The role will focus on counseling technology and other corporate clients on antitrust risk, merger filings and competition compliance, and representing clients in investigations and litigation as needed.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and be expected to originate and lead client engagements while working closely with cross‑discipline colleagues on complex, high‑profile matters in the Silicon Valley market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including merger control and civil litigation
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in California
